Information we receive
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your organisation or area of work, if you choose to provide it;
- the selected type of enquiry and the text of your message.
When you visit the website, technical information may also be processed automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, selected language, pages visited, the date and time of a request, and saved cookie consent preferences.
How we use information
- to review and reply to your enquiry;
- to operate, protect and correctly display the website;
- to remember the selected language and cookie preferences;
- with your consent, to obtain general visitor statistics and improve the website.
Depending on the type of processing, its basis may be your enquiry or consent, the need to ensure the operation of the website, or a legitimate interest in maintaining website security. Analytics information is processed on the basis of consent given through the cookie banner.
We do not sell personal information or use messages submitted through the contact form for third-party advertising.

Children’s information and sensitive information
The contact form is not intended for submitting sensitive personal information or children’s personal information without the involvement of their parents or legal representatives. Please do not submit such information unless necessary.
